EFE Un hombre de 58 años ha sido detenido como supuesto autor de delitos contra el patrimonio por haber sustraído diversas joyas en comercios de Málaga en los que había dejado su DNI como fianza para el pago, tras lo que huía con las alhajas y denunciaba el robo de su documentación.
El arrestado, que siempre actuaba en solitario, unas veces distraía a los empleados de los establecimientos y otras se ganaba su confianza dejándoles el DNI a cambio de poder llevarse la joya y enseñársela a una supuesta amiga que le esperaba en la calle, según ha informado hoy la Comisaría Provincial de Málaga en un comunicado.
La investigación se inició a raíz de dos denuncias formuladas por los representantes de sendas joyerías de la localidad de Torremolinos en las que informaban sobre la sustracción de varios anillos de oro.
La Policía logró averiguar que el supuesto responsable de los hechos era un hombre que actuaba principalmente en la zona de Málaga capital, Torremolinos y Benalmádena.
Según las pesquisas, el hombre accedía a las joyerías y con el pretexto de adquirir alguna pieza para regalar conseguía distraer a los empleados, momento que aprovechaba para hacerse con la joya deseada y acto seguido, simulando recibir una llamada de teléfono, abandonaba el local para desaparecer entre la gente.
En otras ocasiones, dejaba el DNI como garantía para salir a la calle a enseñar la joya a una amiga o, con la excusa de financiar la compra, pagaba una señal y dejaba el documento en el establecimiento, al que prometía volver al cabo de unos días, lo que finalmente no hacía.
La Policía ha podido recuperar parte de las joyas sustraídas -cinco anillos de oro y una pulsera de oro y brillantes- que el detenido había vendido en establecimientos de compraventa de oro.
Al detenido también se le atribuyen supuestos delitos de simulación de delito por haber denunciado los robos de los documentos de identidad que había dejado como fianza.Related: trueno y nicki nicole
